The Rockets wowed the crowds with their two-day show in Paternoster at Die Koelkamers over the weekend. The show was sold out on Friday 13 May with more people making their way to Die Koelkamers to watch them again on Saturday 14 May.

Jerry Watt, leader of The Rockets, said about their experience at Die Koelkamers: “We had a really great time on both days and the people also enjoyed it. It was great to see people coming from all over.”

Watt said being up close and personal with their audience also makes the experience more memorable and amazing. Jan Malan, owner of Die Koelkamers, said The Rockets are just simply world-class. “It is thanks to Edwin Clark, foreman of the Paternoster Waterfront, that we were able to get The Rockets to perform here.”

Malan concludes that the two shows were a huge success.
