SPAR Women’s Grand Prix at Green Point in April

The SPAR Women’s Grand Prix 10 km Series is held in six South African cities annually. The 2023 series will take place on Sunday, 23 April. The Cape Town 10 km/5 km races will take place in Green Point with the 10 km run starting at 07:00, the 10 km walk at 07:15 and the 5 km run/walk at 07:40. This year’s entry fee is R150.
