As learners returned to school for the second term on Tuesday 5 April, a back-to-school initiative was initiated by various stakeholders at the Langebaan Thusong Centre on Monday 4 April. The boys and girls from schools in Langebaan were treated to their hair being shaven, washed or styled in preparation for the new school term. Stakeholders included Government Communication Information System (GCIS), Mfesane, Warriors for Christ, local government, Cape Access, Brandon Snyers and Shanah Damonse.
