On Saturday 14 September the winners of various sports in the districts within the Western Cape congregated at the Old Mutual Conference centre in Pinelands when the best of the best were chosen. Caitlyn Schlehmeyer, Vredenburg High School learner, was one of six finalists in the category for school sportswoman of the year. She will be representing the Western Cape at the SASA Cross Country Championships taking place in Mpumalanga this coming weekend and she would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who generously donated towards her trip.Foto:
