Lion Frikkie de Goede of Malgas Lions received the Louis Volks Humanitarian Award on Tuesday 13 September. Malgas Lions President Dawn Poole handed over the award to him. Dawn said de Goede has been a Lion for 47 years and has just retired after having been an active member of the club. “His dedication and service will be missed.”
