On the weekend of 25 and 26 March the West Coast Kickboxing team participated at the Western Cape Kickboxing Championships held in Retreat, Cape Town.

All students really did well at the tournament and made their coaches proud. In total the team brought home five golds, 13 silver and nine bronze awards. “We also would like to thank the officials and judges from our district who assisted at the tournament. They had a big job to do, and they did it very well,” the locals said.

They also thank the parents, supporters or sponsors for the support of the students. Currently, the team is preparing for the South African Kickboxing Championships to be held in Mossel Bay during the period of 12-15 May. “We know that the team will make the West Coast proud at this event as well,” the team said.
