As the matric class of 2022 embarks on their final National Senior Certificate exams the Western Cape Minister of Education David Maynier wishes them luck.
He said he is proud of the class of 2022 for overcoming the challenges of the past few years. “The pandemic caused so much disruption and anxiety, which made an already stressful exam even more challenging. We urge any learner struggling to cope with the pressure to approach your teacher for help.” Alternatively, contact the Safe Schools toll-free hotline on 0800 45 46 47.
“We know how hard you have worked to get to this point, with the help of your teachers,” the minister said. “You are nearly over the finish line, so don’t give up now.”
The ePortal contains nearly 9 000 tailored support resources, which matrics can access whenever they need to do extra revision before their exams. It includes revision guides, Telematics videos, marking guides, study tips and a variety of other resources.
“Do your very best, not for your teachers or your parents or the province, but for yourself because your future is in your hands.”
We are proud of you, we believe in you and look forward to celebrating your success in January,” Maynier concluded. The Grade 12 resources are available on https
