Langebaan Athletics Club raffle a huge success

The Langebaan Athletics Club and the organisation Inspiration held a fundraiser in the form of a raffle competition. The raffle ran for a month, from Sunday 15 May until Wednesday 15 June, with four prizes up for grabs. The aim was to raise funds for the Langebaan Athletics Club. Organisers say the raffle fundraiser was a huge success. Pictured left is Dalene Williams who won a weekend away in Blouberg Heights. Handing over her prize is Mario Jacobs. Linden Basson won the five-hour day yacht cruise for six. Pictured right and standing with his prize is Natasha Jantjies and Angeline Bester from the Langebaan Athletics Club. Other prize winners included Livia van As who bought the most raffle tickets and won boxes of Zielenrust Suikerkan Chenin Blanc 2020, and Jade de Vries who won a whole lamb.
