Jaydean Farmer, a Grade 10 learner at Diazville High School, has been chosen to compete in the South African Junior Closed Chess Championships 2025, especially the second round. Representing the Western Cape team, she will play for SA Attire. This exciting event will be held at Hottentots Holland High School in Somerset West from Sunday 30 March to Friday 5 April. The school wishes her well.
