Injured shopper unhappy

I sustained serious injuries when I slipped and fell on tiles near the entrance to Weskus Mall on Monday 1 May.

The wet and slippery sign was not visible. I received no assistance from anyone, not even security, in the vicinity.

Weskus Mall is not taking the matter seriously, nor is it taking any responsibility.

When asked to view the video footage of the incident we were told we need to get a court interdict. A doctor told me my ligaments and tendons were torn. I was advised to consult an orthopaedic surgeon to treat my injuries.
