Complaint about the storm water outlets at Hoedjiesbaai in Saldanha.
A bit more than year ago councillors and engineers were posing in the newspaper in front of these outlets.
Go and look at them now. The Saldanha Bay Municipality is not doing enough to keep the debris from flowing into the sea.
