Unite against Litter members concluded 2021 with another litter clean-up of the Da Gama Monument site on Wednesday (8 December). In an hour and a half five members filled 25 bags and also removed large amounts of tangled rope, pieces of anchovy net and other items washed up onto the beach. This was the 12th Litter Clean Up held by Unite against Litter in St Helena Bay this year, bringing the total to more than 450 bags of rubbish and litter removed this year alone.
