An information session with the Velddrif community took place at Laaiplek Clinic on Tuesday 19 March. It was organised jointly by the Department of Justice, local police, Siyabonga Care Village, Government Communication and Information System West Coast and Bergrivier District Municipality . Held on the eve of Human Rights Day, the focus was on gender-based violence and femicide.
