Heavenly Haven Retreat (HHR) will host its first 5 km Walk for Recovery event on Saturday 17 September. It will all start at the Seabreeze Hall in Langebaan at 09:00. Entry is free and Walk for Recovery T-shirts will be on sale for R100. For more information contact Ruth on 060 305 4590.
