Bergrivier children get into festive spirit

Ray van Rooy, executive mayor of the Bergrivier Municipality, recently hosted his annual Christmas programme for less-fortunate children in the municipal area. Around 2 000 children enjoyed live entertainment, a magic show, dancing, Daantjie Kat, “ The Lion” and the festive spirit of Father Christmas before receiving a Christmas present. A special vote of thanks to all the partners for their contribution in making this day a huge success.
