Badisa
West Coast is looking for Nolizwi Mkhizwana who used to live in Noordhoek,
Velddrif, but has allegedly since moved to the George Kerridge/Tsitsiratsitsi
area in Vredenburg.
The registered child protection organisation are rendering services to her 13-year-old child who will be placed in foster
care.
She needs to complete some important paperwork.
