Marsh partnered with Louwville High School to initiate their mentorship programme. Marsh selected 10 Grade 11 learners to be part of this initiative and gave them five tablets which will be shared between two learners. These learners will meet with their mentors every second Friday where they will be mentored and develop their skills. In front, with the learners, is Chantel McAlliser (project manager at the school), Norma Sauls, from Marsh and principal Emile Petrus.
