Santino Appels took part in the Boland Schools Championships held at Dal Josephat Stadium in Paarl last weekend. He received a gold for his 3 000 m race. Nicolette Schlehmeyer ran in the West Coast FET College Athletics Meet held in Atlantis and received a gold in 5 000 m and 3 000 m, Nicolette received a silver in the 4×100 m relay.
