The Department of Human Settlements (DHS) and other stakeholders visited the Bergrivier Municipality on Friday 18 March. They visited community food gardens projects in Goedverwacht, embarked on a cleaning campaign in Riemvasmaak, and ended the day painting classrooms at Steynville Secondary School with the learners and teachers. Steynville school alumni initiated the refurbishment of the ablution facilities. The purpose of DHS visiting was also to determine the needs of the school community.
