Langebaan Athletics Club (LAC) members were honoured at the West Coast District Sport Awards on Tuesday 9 August at the Saldanha Multipurpose Centre. Christopher Rodgers (left), chairman of LAC, was awarded the administrator of the year award, Jaden Ocks was honoured as the runner-up for the school’s sportsman of the year, Angel Pholman received the newcomer of the year award, John Hutchinson, who represented Langebaan Primary School, was runner-up in the developing school of the year category.
