A new headmistress has been appointed at St Dominic’s College Pre-Primary School in Welkom.

Carike Rothman is a vibrant woman with a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners in a caring and stimulating environment.

Rothman’s approach focuses on the holistic development of each child, emphasising learning through play, and creativity. She also focuses on structured guidance during these formative years.

Her leadership is set to further strengthen the pre-primary phase and support the school’s vision of providing a solid educational foundation from an early age.
