Uitenhage Bowling Club hosted the Klinicare Mosel and Tony Woodward Bowls Classic with 28 teams of four players each participating to battle it out over two days for the R12 000 first prize.

Thanks to the loyal sponsors of Uitenhage Bowling Club, it was ensured that every team that entered received a prize. Klinicare Mosel also made hampers for each ladies’ player to thank them for participating in the Uitenhage Bowling Club Classic.

The Uitenhage Bowling Club would also like to congratulate two pair teams, Deon Nel and Jason Kennedy as well as Andy Fouché and Meiring de Villiers for winning their Personal Trust Eastern Province Pairs section as well as playoff games. They made it to the finals in Graaff-Reinet.

The Club would like to congratulate Jaydon Burkett (left) and Ljay Wentzel (right) for participating in this Personal Trust Eastern Province Pairs section as well as playoff games. They made it to the finals in Graaff-Reinet. At only 15 years of age, this makes them the youngest players ever to enter this event.
