As part of the company’s continued efforts to protect the citizens of Nelson Mandela Bay from the COVID-19 virus, Volkswagen Group South Africa (VWSA) will open its vaccination centre in Kariega to the community this weekend.

The VWSA Vaccination Centre, which is housed at the VWSA PeoplePavilion in Kariega, will open on Saturday 4 December, welcoming all members of the public above the age of 12 years who want to be vaccinated (whether first or second doses).

The centre, which has administered the Pfizer vaccine to its employees, their loved ones, VWSA on-site service providers and the community, reached the milestone of 4 000 vaccinations earlier this month.

The centre will be open from 09:00 to 13:00. All visitors must bring their ID card/book or birth certificate.
