INTEGRATED ICT and infrastructure provider, Vox, officially opened its office in Despatch, to be able to provide more personalised and face-to-face connectivity and technology advice and customer service to residents.
“Despatch community members are used to having all the facilities they need being located just a 10 or 15-minute trip from where they live or work. They prefer having an office where they can simply walk in and meet a person who can assist them with their needs,” said Justin Pretorius, Nelson Mandela Bay Sales Manager at Vox.
The local branch office, located in Main Street opposite Pick n Pay was opened and started catering to customers on Saturday, 27 November 2021.
“Opening an office in Despatch allows Vox to become part of the community and have a physical presence to be able to better support local residents and businesses,” said Pretorius.
