UITENHAGE detectives are urgently trying to locate the next-of-kin of an unidentified man who passed away at Uitenhage Provincial Hospital last Saturday.
According to police information, the unknown man, presumably in his twenties, on Saturday at about 17:05, ran towards the hospital.
“He was vomiting blood and collapsed at the main gate. He was taken to the trauma unit and shortly thereafter passed away,” said police spokesperson Captain Gerda Swart.
Uitenhage detectives are investigating an inquest. The man was clothed in a black T-shirt, black pull-over, black jeans and white Adidas sneakers.
