Uitenhage High School will be hosting its annual Golf Day on Saturday, October 14, at the Uitenhage Golf Club.
The day promises to provide an exciting, fun-filled and entertaining event for golfers and non-golfers alike. As with previous occasions, the school would like to express its sincere gratitude to all stakeholders who have studiously supported the institution over the years.
Funds generated from the event will go towards the upgrading and maintenance of school facilities. The event serves as an opportunity for businesses and individuals to advertise, build partnerships and network with other stakeholders in the community, while at the same time supporting a worthy cause.
On the day of the event, participants will start play from 07:00 onwards and will continue throughout the day. Friendly staff members of Uitenhage High School will serve golf players with refreshments at the waterholes during play, as well as encourage players to do their best. All forms of organisations (companies, churches, clubs, etc.) can enter the competition at only R1 200 per four-ball (group of four players). Contestants will receive goodie bags and there will be a prize-giving ceremony at the completion of play. As with all previous occasions, there will be fantastic prizes up for grabs for the golfers, as well as various other lucky draws.
Uitenhage High School parents, alumni, sponsors and players to join us for this splendid occasion which promises to be a memorable day for all of those who attend.
