THE Transnet Redbull 15km road race and Transnet Redbull 5km family run will take place at the Cuyler Manor on the outskirts of Uitenhage on Saturday, November 9th.
The 15km road race starts at 06:30 and competitors must be 15 years or older. The 5km family run starts at 06:45 and competitors must be 9 years or older.
Entries may be handed in at Brian Bands, The Footballer, Action Sports, UD Sports, Sportsworld or Sportsman’s Warehouse. The closing date for pre-entries will be November 6, while collection of race numbers and late entries will be accepted on November 8 from 17:00 to 19:00 and from 05:00 on the morning of the race at Cuyler Manor.
Gold medals will be awarded to the first five men and first five ladies as well as the winners of the different age categories. Silver medals will be awarded to the next 150 athletes and bronze medals to all finishers within the cut-off for the 15km run.
Medals will be given to all finishers in the 5km event.
There will be lots of lucky draw prizes. All entrants are eligible and must be present to win.
