WELL-KNOWN Just Property estate agent in the Uitenhage and Despatch areas, Steyn Marais, is celebrating his seventh year of servicing local buyers and sellers this month.
His passion for the property market was ignited when he met the late John Cooper, who became his employer, mentor and close friend.
The support Marais has received over the years from buyers and sellers has been fantastic and he enjoys much repeat business, which he sees as validation that he is doing a good job.
“Although 2020 has been a tough year for everyone, the property market in our area is currently very active and if a property is priced correctly it should sell within a calendar month,” said Steyn Marais.
Since 2015, he has sold residential properties worth more than R120 million. The individual prices ranged from R120 000 to R2.1 million.
Marais is well placed to deliver peace of mind to sellers and buyers alike through his deep service offering.
He is passionate about the property industry and will always do his best to give his clients a property experience which will lead to new friendships and strong business relationships.
