“AS you travel this journey together as one, don’t forget to complement each other.”

This was the message from wedding guest Vuyokazi Grootboom, who shared the words of wisdom and blessed Bulelani Piliso-Maseti and Cleopatra Dyakala during their wedding ceremony, which was held last Saturday in KwaNobuhle, under strict adherence to COVID-19 regulations.

It was a strictly traditional wedding ceremony with the couple dressed in tailored black and white matching outfits whilst the guests emerged in their equally matching outfits.

It drizzled in the morning as the well-known Masetis, and guests arrived at Mango Street where the couple’s main event took place and where the bride was welcomed to the Manywabe clan. The wedding was supported by the Manywabe and amaQocwa families.

Temba Maseti, who is a well-known programme director at various government events at national level, is also from this family and kept the audience entertained, doing what he is known for, being an excellent “MC”.

As guest speaker, Vuyokazi Grootboom shared the following words of wisdom with the couple: “Never change your bedroom into a boardroom. A bedroom is a place of happiness. Never allow a third person in your marriage. Let only God be the third party in your marriage and no one else.”
