SPCA Uitenhage has pleaded with the community to assist with the dire situation they are facing.
Our kennels are bursting with hungry kittens and adult doggies waiting for their tummies to be filled.
“With the season changing, we’re running low on blankets, and our fur babies are shivering in the cold kennels,” they wrote on their social media platforms.
The organisation further explained they are in urgent need of blankets and washing powder to maintain cleanliness and comfort for the animals.
Some of their other needs include Catmor kitten pellets, adult dog pellets, automatic washing powder, and Stormy blankets (available from Pep).
Donations can be dropped off at 1 Schonland Avenue, Kruisrivier, Kariega.
