The Rotary Club of Uitenhage is calling for nominations for its annual Youth Merit Award for outstanding achievements during 2021/2022.
Since the 1970s this award is considered annually in respect of persons (man or woman) up to the age of 25 years, who have brought honour to the town of Uitenhage (Kariega) and the Eastern Cape.
Achievements must be on a national or international level in sport, performing or graphic arts, academic achievements, bravery, service to the community or any similar activity. Any person or organisation may nominate a person for this award.
