Another biker in Nelson Mandela Bay has lost his life after his motorbike reportedly collided with a cow last night, June 11.
Police spokesperson, Capt. Gerda Swart, said that the accident took place on the R75 behind Despatch at approximately 18:30.
The victim has been identified as 59-year-old Albert Curtain.
“The victim allegedly collided with a cow and died at the scene,” Swart said.
Despatch police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
This accident comes approximately two weeks after another biker collided with a cow and died.
Quinton Van Jaarsveld was travelling on Rocklands Road towards Gqeberha when he collided with the cow and also died at the scene.
