NAMBITHA Ben-Mazwi, affectionately known as Lady Nam, has once again brought the #SheSpeaks campaign to Port Elizabeth.
A thespian and businesswoman, Lady Nam’s next #SheSpeaks is about giving back and equipping the youth with skills to master their passion as creatives in the arts/entertainment industry, with her competitive advantage as a qualified business scientist and strategist.
This #SheSpeaks event is planned as a nationwide tour, starting in Lady Nam’s home town, Port Elizabeth, on Saturday, February 22.
Lady Nam often spends time counselling young girls who reach out to her via social media.
Through this experience she realised that her platform of being able to reach thousands at a click of a button needed something more packaged to empower young women.
This led to her launching #SheSpeaks – a women’s empowerment movement and platform aimed at women finding their own voices in all aspects of their lives while encouraging self-love, self-purpose and self-awareness.
The next #SheSpeaks by Lady Nam is a holistic workshop titled ‘Business of The Arts’.
It will take place at The Boardwalk Hotel on February 22 from 13:00 to 18:00.
The cost is R300 per person.
