DETECTIVES at SAPS Uitenhage Detectives are urgently seeking the community’s assistance in locating Lucky Tyhulu (47) who went missing on Friday, 21 January 2022.
Tyhulu went for medical treatment to a local hospital in Kariega on Wednesday,19 January 2022, but was not admitted. He allegedly waited for treatment at the hospital and was last seen by his son at 16:00 on Thursday, 20 January 2022. When his wife returned to the hospital on Friday, 21 January 2022, Tyhulu was not at the hospital.
In a separate incident the community’s assistance is needed in locating Noleen Swarts (28) who went missing on Thursday, 6 January 2022. She left her residence to visit town and never returned home.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Lucky Tyhulu or Noleen Swarts is urged to contact the investigating officer, Detective Warrant Officer Jerome Niekerk on 084 200 0455, 041 996 3438.
At SAPS Kamesh, Detectives are urgently trying to trace the next-of-kin of an unidentified man whose body was found on Tuesday, 7 September 2021 in Kariega. The deceased (presumably in his late twenties) was found in bushes next to North Street. An inquest docket is under investigation. The deceased person was clad in a blue denim jacket, a pair of black shorts and is of medium build.
