THE detectives from the Kamesh police station are on the hunt for the alleged suspect/s who were involved in the brutal murder of Ntsikelelo Mpetshwa (30) a Nelson Mandela Bay metro police officer.
According to Colonel Priscilla Naidu, police members from Kamesh police station on Friday, September 4 at about 08:45 attended to a complaint of an abandoned vehicle in Tembani Street, Langa.
“On arrival, the body of the metro police officer was found wrapped in a duvet in his silver VW Polo,” said Colonel Naidu.
“The off duty officer’s throat was slit. The motive for the murder is not known at this stage. No arrest has been made. A murder docket is under investigation.”
