Frogfoot hosted 21 Easter Egg Hunts at various children’s homes and care centres around the country
over the Easter period, one being at Oosterland Child & Youth Care Centre at Despatch.
“Frogfoot has long looked to be an active member in the communities within which their fibre precincts lie and wanted to give back where they saw an opportunity to create some joy,” said Patrick Mkala from Frogfoot’s marketing division.
“Easter is traditionally seen as a time for families to get together, yet few of these children can experience thiss owing to their circumstances. Thus, this year, we wanted to bring our Frogfoot family to them, and give them a treat for Easter.”
Along with the Easter egg hunt, an age-old tradition that children love, Frogfoot also offered other entertainment which included balloon art, face painting, magic shows, jumping castles and its mascots which added to the fun. The day also included lunch and refreshments for the children and ended with handing out goodie bags with Frogfoot’s own winter-themed activity books to keep the fun going.
