NEL Attorneys Inc., is a young and dynamic law firm founded during November 2017 by Jenique Nel and is situated in the heart of Uitenhage.
Nel graduated from the Nelson Mandela University in 2011 and was admitted as both an attorney and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa during 2014. She has also recently been admitted as a Notary Public, an official of integrity appointed by state government.
After graduating, she commenced her articles of clerkship at a small firm in Grahamstown, where she discovered her passion for property law and conveyancing. She then completed her articles of clerkship at a local firm and continued to work at a well-established firm in Uitenhage for four years before making the decision to open her own practice.

Nel is assisted by Jani Laubscher, who attends to all civil matters as well as family law, including but not limited to divorces, maintenance and matters concerning minor children as well as Kyla Gallant, who has recently completed her articles of clerkship and assists with the conveyancing and property related matters.
Nel Attorneys Inc. also attends to the administration of deceased estates, drafting of wills, registration of trusts and private companies and drafting of various legal contracts.
