=IN celebration of Mandela Day the learners at Ankervas Primary held a coin collection in aid of the Uitenhage SPCA. A massive number of coins to the value of R2 582 were collected and donated to the SPCA. Seen above are (from left) Marion Diener (Uitenhage SPCA), Ankervas head girl Alupheli Ndlondlo (left), Deirdre Swift (Uitenhage SPCA) and the other head girl, Emihle Mtengenya (right).
