The body of a 26-year-old woman with gunshots to the head and body was found today, May 14, in Joe Slovo, Kariega.
According to police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg, it is alleged that at about 07:00, SAPS Kamesh members responded to a complaint of a shooting incident that occurred on Wild Olive Street, Joe Slovo.
She stated: “The motive and the suspects are unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.”
SAPS Kamesh will now investigate a case of murder.
