=OFFICIALS from the department of environmental health last Friday embarked on a Nelson Mandela Bay food safety blitz, visiting various food outlets in KwaNobuhle. During the inspection the deli section of the KwaNobuhle SPAR was closed down after rat droppings and poison were discovered in the section. At Shoprite in KwaNobuhle officials found that fridges were not working properly which caused a major risk to food items.
