AFRICA’S largest family beach event, the aQuellé Ocean Racing Series, returns to Hobie Beach on Sunday, October 6.
The Series, which is unique to Nelson Mandela Bay, offers family members seven events to choose from.
It takes place on mostly alternate Sunday morning’s at 09:00 and includes a 5km Beach Run, 5km Beach Walk, a kids 12 years and under 1km beach run and no fewer than four separate swim distances for the open water swimmers including a 400m, 1km, 2km and 3km ocean swim.
All races run simultaneously.
