ALL the Disney Princesses will assemble at the VW PeoplePavilion on Saturday, to raise funds to bolster the coffers of the Reformed Old Apostolic Church Building Fund.

Eleanor Douglas-Meyers will be the keynote speaker at this auspicious event, inspiring women to take ownership of themselves in all facets of their beings to identify and chase their dreams despite adversity.

Eleanor is a family lifestyle blogger at JustEllaBella where she focuses on DIY, reviews and helpful hints. As the two-time runner-up for the SA Blog Awards for Arts and Crafts, the mother of one has seen her projects and life views featured in numerous digital and print magazines.

Eleanor has recently started a monthly event in Uitenhage called Uthexperience where she introduces new concepts and lessons to the community with a strong empowerment angle.

She is also the co-organiser of the annual bloggers networking event, ECMeetUp, and works with tourism and various charities around the Bay.

Eleanor matriculated from Uitenhage High School in 2002 and studied a double major at the former PE Technikon (now NMU) in print journalism as well as broadcast journalism. She has completed various courses in digital marketing and photography.

The former BayFM radio presenter is now a freelance writer and event coordinator who has worked in print media in Nelson Mandela Bay for over fourteen years.
