PROGRESS Rugby Club was crowned the Twizza Super League Cup Champions of 2019 and will next year represent Eastern Province in the Gold Cup Challenge. Another achievement for this Uitenhage based club is that of former player Zwelahke Sodladla, who is playing flyhalf for the Hungarian national team. Progress Supporters group is inviting female supporters to join the group and they are also looking for young ladies to be part of their cheer group.
