All 4×4 enthusiasts are invited to experience the annual The Meadows 4×4 challenge which will be held in the mountains of the Elands River Valley on Saturday. Registration is at 07:00 and all action starts at 09:00 when vehicles will leave for the different 4×4 routes. Camping as well as braai facilities are available on the farm. There will also be various stalls selling things from farm produce to plants and crafts. The Meadows is approximately 30km from Uncle Freddies at Rocklands.
