It is all well and fine, all the good trees bring into our lives (“Dis mense wat mors, nie bome”, TygerBurger 19 Januarie).
But if you are surrounded by trees that mess in your yard that blocks the drain pipes and fall into your pool, it is not a pleasure.
I spent a lot of time cleaning other people’s leaves.
It is very frustrating wasting my time cleaning something that is not my mess.
You can ask your neighbours nicely but very little, if at all, is done.
I would be so ashamed if something of mine is messing in other people’s yard.
Please be considerate and trim your trees that are hanging over into other people’s yards.
