This and other “shacks” all over Table View are an eyesore, unhygienic and just plain squatting! What must visitors to our city think?
I have just returned from two weeks in Durban, Umhlanga and Ballito where I did not see a beggar or lean-to anywhere. Nothing to be seen on beaches or commuter roads. Our council must catch a wake up . . . asap!
