The man who was shot dead behind the steering wheel of his white Mercedes-Benz SUV in Saxenburg Park, Blackheath, around midday on Tuesday 17 January has been identified as Mohamed Sha Amran (44).
Last week, TygerBurger reported Kuils River police reacted to a complaint of a shooting incident in Strand Road at 12:31 found the man, already dead, sitting behind the steering wheel of his vehicle.

He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body and head.
According to information received by the police, two suspects fled the scene in a white Toyota Corolla with unknown registration.
WO Liezel Beukes, the spokesperson of Kuils River police, confirmed on Monday (16 January) the deceased was identified as Mohamed Sha Amran.
Beukes said according to information obtained Amran was collecting money in Kuils River on Tuesday 17 January (the day he was shot) for a truck he sold in the Kuils River area the previous day (Monday 16 January).
Kuils River police are currently looking for the truck – a white Hyundai with an unknown registration number.
