A pedestrian was fatally injured in an accident in Dingle Road, Goodwood on Wednesday 1 November.
The provincial police spokesperson, Capt Frederick van Wyk, said it is reported the deceased, a 58-year-old woman, crossed the street when hit by a white VW Polo.
She was trapped underneath the vehicle and died on the scene. “The next of kin must still be informed and a case of culpable homicide will be investigated by Goodwood police,”Van Wyk said.
