Goodwood police are investigating a murder and four counts
of attempted murder after a shooting accident on Thursday 14 September at about
20:00.

 Capt. Wayne Theunis, spokesperson at Goodwood police,
confirmed a 31-year-old man died and four other people were wounded.

The incident occurred at the corner of Voortrekker and
Hamilton Street.

“According to available information the motive appears to be
robbery,” says Theunis.

No arrests were made.
