The Durbanville Craft Market will present a charity market, The Gypsy Night Market, on Friday 6 March.
The market will be held from 17:00 to 21:00, weather and wind permitting, at 5 Louw Street (corner of Louw and Hafele Street, behind the police station).
The best-dressed “gypsy” visitor can win a R300 shopping voucher to redeem at the market The winner will be announced at 19:30.
Loving Paws Rescue, which is desperate for food and funds for their many little orphan kittens and puppies, will have a collection point from 18:00 to 19:00.
Fisantekraal Animal Welfare will be at the market with pre-loved items and Capetonians Against Animal Abuse with all things regarding cats.
The market is a charity market — supporting charities and helping cash-strapped crafters with minimum stall fees of only R100, which will be donated to welfare.
Entrance is free and pets are absolutely welcome.
